Ordering and Payment Policy
Orders under $500 : Require a minimum 3 days notice
Orders over $500 : Require a minimum of 2 weeks notice
We recommend confirming your order at least 2 weeks in advance or engaging in an earlier discussion via email or text message to finalize the date, location, and quantity of food required for your event. However, the timeline may be flexible upon discussion, depending on availability and specific requirements

An invoice will be sent based on the details agreed upon during the discussion of your order.
A deposit of 20% of the total order amount (over $500 order) is required to secure your booking. This deposit must be paid at least 1 weeks before the service date.
Cancellation Policy:
- More than 7 days prior to the service date: A full refund of the total deposit will be provided.
- 6 to 4 days prior to the service date: A 50% refund of the total amount will be granted.
- 3 days or less prior to the service date: Non-refundable
Full Payment:
- The remaining balance of your order must be paid in full no later than 3 days before the service date.
On the day of your event, we will ensure timely delivery so you can enjoy the fresh, gourmet food at your chosen location.
